I've been a reefs2go customer for years, however that is over for me now I've had a couple of doa's to deal with and am really unhappy that my money is tied in their "credit policy" I ordered from reefs2go because of the low price, and yes I was fully aware of their doa policy so I have to be responsible for that However they shipped anemones day air, on the coldest day of the year here, during a snowstorm, without my permission I had no idea until they were shipped that this had happened One was dissolving in the bag, which leads me to believe it was sick even before it left The other one barely made it It was a "rose" that is not even close to having any color to it The other doa I had with them had a heat pack completely not working which again, they didn't even acknowledge Reefs2go has great prices but if you have a problem on the order, such as doa, you will have to pay $to get your item and they WILL NOT REFUND YOU no matter what They will avoid responsibility for their mistakes and they will not even acknowledge the possibility that they made a mistake Their doa policy forces you to order from them again if you want to get your money, which to me is very manipulative since you have to pay for NDA shipping to use it I was told to order a free shipping pack by their customer service person even though my tank doesn't need it Unfortunately I did not read the review until it was too late and I did not take responsibility for knowing who I was doing business with Sad after being a customer for so long

This place is terrible Customer service is non responsive When they do finally respond it is not helpful, and simply puts you off My order was scheduled and rescheduled to shop several times only after I stayed on them They ship LIVE MARINE life USPS two to three day delivery! Needless to say nothing arrived alive What did come, was not even my complete order - but I was billed for it The items were tiny, and not as described or pictured on their website This business was also listed as Reefs Go, and changed names due to bad reputation and loss of business Warranty is not enforced - and they will simply charge you for THEIR bad shipping choice, and grant you partial store credit making you buy sub standard product again - and pay a SECOND shipping charge! Avoid at all costs!

I recently purchased some fish from this vendorPart of the order came in DOA and the remaining fish that did come in were either sick and or died a few days afterAlso to mention, they did not ship a fish and tried to hide the fact that they did not - but they did charge me for it and charged me for shipment of this fish as wellWhen I reached out to reefs2go their staff seemed like they would handle the issue professionally and responsibly but it was a waiting game and childish games from there onI submitted multiple images of the dead fish and my concernsI also notified that the box I received these fish in was not marked "live fish", so in other words UPS treated it like any other boxI definitely know for sure this is not a good shipping methodAfter submitting my claim with images I did not hear back for DAYSI reached out multiple times via phone calls and emails before I started to get an odd response here and thereOnce it came to the communication from their staff, it was atrocious - professionalism is not in their vocabularyAfter multiple emails I finally did get my credit back for the fish but I did not receive credit back for shippingI did not pay to ship dead fish, this was the point I was trying to get across to their so called staff, but they wrote out some childish policy and used that to their advantage instead of just making things right with a customerI even offered them water samples from my fish tank so they can see in fact that its their fish that are sick and dying but I did not get a response to that of courseI made attempts to try and talk to their owner but I got no where with that eitherI was promised a phone call back but received nothingWhen I tried to use my credit to repurchase the fish - the blocked my accountAfter I reached out AGAIN - they returned my money, only for the fish that died within their time frame, I did not get my shipping refundedNow over a month after my order everything is dead and I'm out of a lot of money
I left feedback on their website for each fish that I purchased, but they did not publish my reviewsThey only publish fake reviews of their fish and or the ones that are stars, anything else they don't post and or delete the review or your accountThat's not how an honest business is ran
To summon up the story, all I wanted was to have the fish replacedBut they did not want to do that - I would have to pay shipping all over again for an order that I technically already paid for This is by far the worst experience I ever had with a business

Horrible place. Do not buy from.
They never answer the phone and takes weeks to get any response at all.
I had to go thru paypal to get a refund and they still owe me money from a previous store credit.
There are plenty of good places to buy from. leave this place alone!!!

"Have ordered 4 times from Reefs2Go in the last year and a half. 3 CUC and a softie pack. 2 of the orders in the middle of winter. Except for 2 of the softies, everything arrived alive and healthy. And the gave me credit for the softies, no hassles whatsoever. Have responded to every email I sent and though I had a bit of trouble reaching them by phone the first time (wanted to reschedule my order) I did finally get through and they were very polite and helpful. Will order from them again, have a $50 gift card I got for Christmas, maybe not fish because I don't feel ordering fish online is right. But will order CUC, softies and LPS from them"

Reefs2go has great prices but if you have a problem on the order, such as doa, you will have to pay $60 to get your item and they WILL NOT REFUND YOU no matter what. Despite all the negative reviews I decided to purchase from Aquarium Depot, And I'm Glad I did! My experience was wonderful and if I ever had any issues Candace quickly replied and had a solution.

Great Company Buy From Them!

first time using them and was initially disappointed but had a long conversation w their service rep today who was very pleasant I may add and they are doing everything they can to work with me to make right what went wrong which I sincerely appreciate. unforseen things happen and I get that going to give them benefit of doubt and allow them to make it up to me

I just received my first shipment from Aquariumdepot..I ordered 13 corals plus some snails and a few other items..Everything came on-time, appeared to be in good health, had clean water, clean frag plugs on them..I have absolutely no complaints but only positive feedback. Feel bad for those who had negative outcomes, but I did not. I would order again from them. And I have never been to their facility, am not an employee and in no way have any connection to them besides being a customer.

"Hello, Although I had some problems with Reefs2go. I did receive a call today apologizing for the inconvenience. Also stating if there was anything they could do to make my problem better that they would be more then happy to help. Due to severe weather up North they had problems of there own at the the store. They also did refund monies to our account. Reefs2go, please get a live person to answer & return calls. Thank you...."
