My wife and I had our ceremony/reception at Aqua on 04/09/Unfortunately, we had several issues arise throughout our ceremony which Aqua staff failed to recognize or resolve with usFirst, dealing with [redacted] was an absolute nightmareThe first time we met with her, she began providing her opinion as to my wife's linen and color choices, stating that "If this was my wedding, I wouldn't use those colors." Personally, that is unprofessional and not her responsibility to chime in with what she would do if it was her wedding The day of our ceremony, we were short boutonnieres, which we paid 12$ each forOne of the groomsmen did not receive one, neither did the father of the bride or the father of the groom We gave the DJ specific instructions on our walk out song, as well as incorporating the types of music we like throughout the eventUnfortunately, he didn't abide by any of our wishes and didn't play the music we specifically requestedWhen it came time to the garter and bouquet toss, the DJ told us it has to occur before dinnerMy wife wanted it to happen during the ceremony, at which point his response was "I've been doing this years I know when it's supposed to happen." Regardless of his experience or lack thereof, he should've been accommodating to when we wanted it to happenIt really wasn't a big deal for him to just do it later, especially because that's what my wife wanted We paid for two separate food stations, both of which we were told would include enough food for our guestsOn the day of our event, our guests were only allowed to get food from ONE of the stations, neither of which had enough food to serve all of our guestsThe serving sizes were very small, and had we known this, we would've either paid for additional stations or gone a separate food route all together We called today, 04/13/and spoke to the manager, [redacted] [redacted] explicitly told us we were ungrateful and refused to be of further assistance

The day of our ceremony, we were short 3 boutonnieres, which we paid 12$ each for. One of the groomsmen did not receive one, neither did the father of the bride or the father of the groom.
