Aqua-Pure Water Conditioning, Inc.

Ordered via the internet from this company on 9/3/2015. Website says they have everything on their site in stock and policy is to ship within 2 business days, with free shipping adding 2-5 days extra. All of this is BS. After spending much time and aggravation trying to find out status of my order, I was told on Sept. 15, that my item was not in stock and it would be an additional two weeks before item shipped. This is the worst customer experience I have had using the internet.
