This company the one in 1165 Walnut Avenue Chula Vista California is the worse company I have ever came across. First of all once you ship your robot (Which has a warranty) good luck getting your robot back. You can leave as many messages as you want and they will refuse to answer back. I don't know why the heck Air Flow International allows any customers to send any defective robots to Aqua Power for repairs or replacement. These companies need to be checked into, or just closed down. All they do is nothing especially for customers.
