I wish to complain about the Rainbow Vacuum that I purchased on May 17, 2019 that took place in my home with your local representative Emilia T.

I am complaining because I was wrongfully disqualified from your program. Your program allows customers to receive a free Rainbow after completion of 12 demos. Upon my completion you advised that my demos did not count because I had 7 renters and the minimum is 4. Your guidelines are not clear and that was not specified during the demo. I met the requirements as you presented in the demos. (12 demos and 2 vacuum sales) However, I was given a hard time. I decided to go forward and prepare 3 more demos to complete the program, but when I tried to book a customer, I was given false information by Joann in marketing. She advised that they couldn't book the demo because it was unsafe for the representative. Joann stated that the customer had pending charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. I checked with the family and they were upset by the false accusations. I was also advised that I had to make another sale with A1 credit. Your company has made it to where it's impossible for consumers to complete the program. I already sold more than my fair share. Your intentions where never to honor your program. This is a vicious cycle of coning people to work for free. This is a scam. To resolve this problem, I would like you to Honor my 12 demos, 4 sales, and the hard work that I put into this. Then refund me any money that I already paid into it. The other option is to do a refund and I can return the Rainbow System.
