This is the best company and has the greatest staff. Chris goes that extra mile to make sure our pool is clean and the systems are running. He always checks with us to make sure he exceeds our expectations. The company has been excellent at fixing the equipment whenever it needs it. The prices are competitive and reliable.
From the initial sales meeting, to the completion of a full restore/re-paving of our pool and lanai area, we have been very pleased. Colleen's knowledge and professionalism was the main reason we went with AQUA Doc. She was able to schedule our job to meet our schedule. The job started with Dee doing excellent work with the coping and waterline tile. Then Meme, with the paver crew, matched up all the pavers with the coping. Once they had the deck ready, Daniel and his team of Jimmie and Seth, worked very hard to remove the old pool covering (A BIG JOB). Then came the final pool finish on a Sunday. For the next few weeks our pool was monitored by Shawn. The work of skill and craftsmanship was outstanding throughout the process. Rebecca, office coordinator, and Matt, the team leader, kept us informed and the project on schedule. Their follow-up has been excellent as well. Would highly recommend this outstanding team.
This is not a quality operation for snowbirds. When electric bill doubled I asked them to check pool draw. Told all was well, so I checked with AC guy who also said all was well. Finally called electrician who luckily noted the a pool pump without stops in place (pump runs continuously). He put stops in place and problem was solved. Cost to me over $300. Asked for help from company since it was their negligence. Refused my reasonable offer to accept two months of free service ( very strange business decision since it cost them nothing and would have kept a regular customer on the books) So obviously I quit. Additional problems include high tech turnover, leaving water main on, failure to return calls.
