I had contacted aqua blue during the summer as my pool guy was scheduled for maintenance and he never showed up. I called a bunch of places and inquired and ended up finding one company. That company WAS not aqua pools. They have sent me to collections and claim that I filled out a request online. I have never filled out any requests online for pool maintenance in my life. I called aqua pool after to speak to owner and he refused to speak to me and said to deal with the collection company. I asked to see proof that I filled out request online and they refusing to give me any proof. This outstanding balance has gone to collection and is now hurting my credit
To settle this collection matter as I did not request their services
Customer called in and requested a service call.
Service call was booked and dispatched. Crew went out on July 5/17 and performed requested pool maintenance as per customer.
Customer was billed and mailed invoice on July 20, 2017.
A statement with 'overdue charge' was mailed out August 31, 2017. A courtesy call was made to customer regarding outstanding invoice on Sept. 26/17 with a voicemail with no reply by customer.
Another statement was mailed out with outstanding invoice on Sept. 30/17, again with no response. One more statement was mailed out in October for non payment with no reply by customer.
Final statement stating that the account would be turned over to collection agency if payment was not received by Nov. 15/17 was mailed out on Oct. 31/17, with no response from customer. Account was given to collection agency on Nov. 21/17.
Once the customer was contacted by the collection agency, the customer called Aqua-Blue refusing payment. Every effort was made to get a hold of customer and out of goodwill interest charges were waived by Aqua Blue to come to a resolution. Customer still refused payment.
