Recently, my dryer went out I never used APS Appliance before; their service call fee was cheaper then what I've paid in the past (guess you get what you pay for) My appointment was scheduled for Friday between 1pm and 3pm I had prior engagements so that time worked out perfectly Around someone (Jim was his name) called and left a message that he was running ahead of schedule and wondered if he could come early Due to my prior engagements, I did not get that message until closer to 1pm I did NOT call him back (again my appointment was between 1pm and 3pm) because it was so close to my appointment time No one showed up!!! I call Jim back and had to leave a message I called the store and explained what happened Jessica (a manager) proceeds to tell me I should have called back when I got the message because now I'm wasting THEIR time!! I explain to her I had prior engagements, therefore the reason for the appointment Apparently their time is more valuable then mine What was the point in having an appointment? I'd really like to send them a bill for wasting my time!!

The washer was purchased by 1 person on Tuesday august 1st who picked it up and hauled it home improperly to another city not in Racine (laying it down on its side leaking all the transmission oil out onto casing of washer-mind you we re-build every transmission before refurbishing each used...

washer), on Friday August 4th around 5:45pm, A woman and man came in and said they didn't want the washer they wanted to return it- again it was on its side leaking oil in the back of their vehicle. I asked them if they purchased it, they stated their children bought it & it was not working properly. I informed them with a warranty we come out to the home to repair as that late on a Friday the tech had already gone home for the day. I also pointed out the receipt clearly states "NO CASH REFUNDS/EXCHANGE ONLY" which made him slightly upset, being as he didn't purchase it he probably wasn't informed or here to read the policy on the actual purchaser's copy of the receipt. We made good and came out Saturday August 5th and repaired the issue. We will not give the customer a refund or simply exchange it,  without our technician checking it over to see if its user damage or part failure that is our policy. The washer was repaired within 24hrs of them notifying our company. Had they called they would have been informed before driving to our office that late in the evening on a Friday, and we could have sent a technician over during the day on Friday had we received reasonable notice to send someone.
