Complaint: [redacted] The one thing we can both agree on is that I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of serviceI was also taken aback by the confrontational tone *** took with me on the phoneShe was also aggressive with my cousin who was present at the time of the cleaning and then with my husband who contacted her later that eveningInstead of working on a solution that would rectify the situation, [redacted] was more concerned with making excuses and shifting blame back onto the customerMy reason for bringing this to the Revdex.com is that April Fresh Cleaning's actions are not in line with a company that has an A+ ratingI don't want other consumers to be misled.Thank you, [redacted] ***

I explained to Mrs [redacted] that a deep cleaning is $HR.for a crew of girls for a deep clean ,after 1st clean it was $90-$afterwards to maintain biweekly.She only wanted to pay for one hr timeSo therefore her expectations for decluttering a house with baby toys , bottles and dishes, baby food, clothes and shoes laying out everywhere and to organize closets were simply unreasonableI am not a magicianMy clients pay for to hrs for a job like thatShe was only willing to pay for one hr so we did what we could in an 1hr and min.We cleaned all baseboards, windowsills, dusted all furniture, cleaned bathrooms and kitchen vacummed and mopped floorsWe were given her products to use and torn up tshirts to clean withYou cant scrub anything with tshirtsBut that was what she wanted used.I never would curse in a clients home, that is a lieShe has been through many cleaning services in the past and now I know why

April Fresh Cleaning did an great job in cleaning out my mothers home after she passed awayThey helped me remove all the clothing, unwanted furniture,and other personal belongingsThey then cleaned it thoroughly so I could sell itCouldn't of done it without them.Thank you so much
