[redacted] is very unprofessional and very Uncourteous. he was paid extra to get an appraisal done. not only did he not get it done on time and kept lying about the date he would have it done. he answered my phone call was very rude yelled at me over the phone while I was being courteous. I politely let Mr [redacted] no we were at the end of our contract with the builder and he replied he did not care and hung up on me. she had no professionalism or common courtesy. anyone who needs an appraisal I would never go to a AC appraisals.
