Yeah I remember this ladyTotal space case, nightmare customerThe kind of lady that would eat half her steak, then send it back for one reason or the other and expect to have her meal compedShe hired me because she was bored at home and saw me painting her neighbors house, decided it was a
novel idea and "just had to get her house painted too." Real flaky and confused, didn't even seem to know what she wanted, stood over my shoulder and complained and tried to impede job progress the whole timeShe flippantly picked a color and as soon as I sprayed it out on her house then "nothing I was doing was right, it's all just...not right." It's not like she could explain what wasn't right, just that she "knew it wasn't right." Okay lady, whatever you sayI think she just wanted me to take longer so she'd have someone to follow and boss around all dayI addressed and corrected every little concern she had on the spot, including the windows sticking which happens sometimes, none of them were "painted shut" by the time I leftThe slight bit of overspray on her metal patio furniture I got off as best I could, I mean we're talking barely visible specks hereI even offered to repaint her patio furniture, because it was old and faded anyway, but she said no because "I couldn't be trusted" to handle that job, even though I was continuing to paint her entire houseI mean, I painted her house the exact same way I painted her neighbors, and her neighbor hasn't had any issuesIn fact I've never had a complaint before, in over ten yearsIt's not like I ripped her off, gouged her price or something, in fact I gave it to her cheap because she was right next doorIt's not like the paint is falling off, I'm sure she doesn't really "have to have it painted again after two years," she just has nothing better to do than sit around the house deciding what she's unhappy withThere's no pleasing some peopleBut if this complaint only affects Applied Paint, ltdbased in Columbus then let her complain, I don't even do that kind of work anymoreIf anything other contractor's should be warned about her, that includes the poor painter she duped into painting her house again right now.Thanks,Isaac W***Rethought Properties, ltd.*** *** ** ***
