There had been an issue with the drawings and the jack head needed to be re-engineered to fit her jobWe did not anticipate this causing a delay so we did not communicate the issue to [redacted] It was our error as it did ultimately cause a delay and we have apologized to her for that error Once the drawings were re-engineered and the jack was built to the specifications, the manufacturer quoted a ship date which was then relayed to [redacted] The manufacturer missed their ship date by days and we failed to communicate thisWe profusely apologized for our oversight in communicationIn addition, the week that no one but [redacted] was available to speak with her was the week of Thanksgiving and the other members of our managerial staff were out of townOnce the owner was back in town, [redacted] was immediately contacted and everything was straightened out
