Review: I called [redacted] to have my account closed in advance. When the account was finally closed, I call [redacted]'s customer service directly, they said that they cannot send out boxes for an account already closed and that I would need to go to online customer service chat. The customer service chat person said that I would have to call another 1-800 number for the local office to directly arrange for return. The customer service person on that line said I would have to go back online to the same chat customer service that referred me to them! It is apparent that [redacted];s internal procedures makes it impossible to return equipment. They have charged me $200 already!
