Unresponsive and undependable when it comes to communication and follow through. Very disappointed in this company. Not good business practice!Closed on my new mobile home June 7. First call to this company was unanswered until I called [redacted] and complained. then they came within two business days. It has now been almost two month or more since I called them about a broken drawer after first use of the dishwasher. Multiple calls have been made with absolutely NO response and no follow through from the company. Very bad business and I am highly disappointed in the service. Plan to report them to [redacted] as well. Desired SettlementWould like either another drawer assembly for current diswhasher or a replacement dishwasher

This company was set up through [redacted] to repair my fairly new washing machine. The guy came out and said he had to order the part now 2 weeks later still no part and no answer at number. Left several VM. No return call. Called [redacted] back and now they are going to send another tech out. This will be the 3rd one. Appiance works Inc [redacted] and so does [redacted].","neg-1
