This was a third party warranty issue, the warranty company approved a replacement and we delivered the replacement appliances December

Dear Sir:According to our records, Mrs*** *** bought appliances from us on September 13, 2016. Our computer records show a date of delivery of October 17, 2016.If her date of delivery was later, then it is an oversight. We have searched our records to try to find anything that
shows us they were delivered at a later date. We can't find anything, but we aren't saying that she is wrong. The representative from *** was incorrect in telling her that she only had two days left of warranty. It does in fact go from the purchase/delivery date, not the manufacturer's date.Mrs*** called and told us we sold her old appliances. That she expected appliances. This is impossible in September, 2016. Unlike a car dealershipwe do not get appliances in 2016. Under no circumstances would we tell a customer we are selling appliances when it is 2016?? We have been in business since 1962, that is just not done....ever. According to our records, she was under warranty until October 17, 2017.
