I called Appliance service company out to fix my they showed up on time and were very helpful in telling me what I needed to repair and what didn't need to repairI had other company's out before them who all told me I needed to replace unit and all my duct workThe office was very nice and professional setting up the call after walking me through a few things to try before setting up the call to save me money

have used this company since 2002, never had a problemThey always fix the problem Sam is wonderful as alwaysJon is always polite on the phone as well as the ladies that answer the phoneThey have always worked a long time to figure out the problemNo matter what appliance Will turn to them always

Do NOT deal with this company!!! They are liars and diagnostic fee is $90.00. Called about fixing my Maytag washer...said it needed a new motor for $400! They kept my washer and put it back on floor...didn't know this was where my husband sent it. Stopped in and said, "this looks just like my old washer!" I bought it for $200 and got it home, worked 1 week. Yes, it was my old washer. They offered me a new Amana ($138) plus I'd paid $200 for my old one!!! RIP OFF! Already had it serviced 2 times @ $90 each!! Don't go there...they are crooks !!!

My warranty company made my appointment for this company. I had reservations since they were horrible to deal with last time I had a problem, but I thought I should give a 2nd chance. Boy was I stupid. My appointment was for Thurs. April 9th. My washer stopped working a week prior. I called this company to let them know which part was needed so they could order it and have it in the truck. Then confirmed my appointment on Thurs. No problems. Then Thurs comes and no call no show. I call that evening and the snottiest receptionist proceeds to tell me that my part just got to them that day. And obviously they wouldn't be out. Ok I understand but it would have been nice to recieve a phone call since I'm not in this business and don't know how long it takes for parts to come in. Anyway, she tells me that I will be getting a call from the tech that evening for an appointment for tomorrow. Never got that call. Next day I sit and wait. No call no show. I called them back. The guy gets on the phone and tells me that they had a guy call in sick and that they couldn't get to my house. A phone call would have been great, so I didn't waste my time. Then he tells me that he can't get someone out to my house until the following Monday. 1 1/2 weeks without a washer with 2 kids and a husband that works for public works, I NEED A WASHER! I work, so no one would be home on Monday. The guy tells me that they only come to my area Mon, Wed, and Fri. So why would my original appointment be made for a Thurs??? This business has serious attitude problems and extremely poor communication issues. Please don't waste your time. This business should be shut down.
