Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for forwarding this consumers concern for us to reply toRespectfully we do not agree with the customer's request for reimbursement for compensation for any food loss from our companyWe were only in the home last night at pm (approx)Any actual food loss would have occurred prior to any involvement on our partAny request for food loss should be directed to Whirlpool or the extended warranty company.This refrigerator has a built in diagnosis system which the technician accessedThere were no fault codes indicating any issues with the fanThere were no fault codes at all That said there was no reason to disassemble that areaIt is not likely that fan has a problemThe technician involved is highly experienced and familiar with this productI am sorry if the customer felt she was being lecturedWe have no motives to take short cutsThe technician is going to contact the customer to discuss thisIf the customer wishes to complete any additional repairs needed they should call the extended warranty company prior to doing so as it may void their warranty
