This is a rip off company. The "repair" on my dryer lasted for less than a day. I have called 4 times and each time they promised to call back to make an appointment and honor their advertised 90 day warranty. This place is a scam and is to be avoided like Covid.
I called Appliance Repair Service and Installation on Saturday at about 3 PM when my kitchen oven was not working. William was at my house by 6 PM on the same day, and had the oven fixed before 7 PM. William was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clean while fixing my oven. I would absolutely recommend these guys for any appliance needs inside your house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I contacted Pro Handyman for refrigerator repair. Gene performed the needed repair. The total cost was $368.81. Two days after said repair, my refrigerator demonstrated the same problem- there was no improvement at all, in fact it was worse than before the repair. Everytime I attempt to contact this business, the manager, "Alex" is not available. Phone is 619 719-5005. I contacted another appliance repair company that examined my fridge, as well as what had been done by Pro Handyman. They explained to me that the repairs that were done were a result of incorrect diagnostics- e.g.- not neccessary. The actual problem was not identified. As I mentioned, I have been unable to talk to Pro Handyman as it is an answering service, the person I need to talk to is never available.
The customer called our company on June 17th 2019 and made an inquiry to diagnose her refrigerator. Upon diagnosis results customer agreed to proceed with a repair. She signed off a copy of the estimate being fully aware of the company terms and conditions and placed a deposit for the parts on her behalf. On June 25th our technician came back with all required parts and completed the repair. Client has accepted the repair and paid the remain balanced. She has a copy of the estimate as a document that confirms the legitimacy of our services and that they were fully received. Also this copy contains our company contact information such as our office phone number, email address and upon completed repairs our customers appliacnes are covered with the 90 days labor warranty on these particulare repairs along with manufacture's warranty on individual parts. After that time our customer Rose called our company only on July 9th 2019 letting us know that she has filed the complaint to Revdex.com and was demanding on the full refund for the completed repair claiming that our company provided her with a wrong diagnosis results. We don't have any evidences that can prove that client's refrigerator is still operational or it has the same problem. Perhaps it has a totally different breakage. It's very difficult to have any normal converstaion with client, being rude she doesn't looking for a solution that could works for both sides. We can't even arrange an appointment to send our technician back at her place to diagnose the refrigerator for the sings of any breakages. Unfortunately, we have to deal with clients which are trying to mislead or manipulate us, in order to avoid payments, this is not the first time.We can provide will all necessary records and documentation that proves that client haven't undertake any attempts to regulate this case having a legit warranty on the completed refrigerator repair and didn't even let us know that she was facing challanges with it.

I did talk with the manager, Alex. When my refrigerator is repaired by another repairman, it was requested by him that I send in a copy of what was done so that they may determine if a refund is warranted. I stand by my initial complaint

I've asked Rose several times to provide us with any sort of evidences having any repairs done on the refrigerator with another company, in order for us to take an appropriate steps in resolving this case. At this point we haven't recieved anything from Rose, we have no clue what actually happened to this refrigerator, maybe she has had a totally different problems from that we have repaired initially. Also, we can't understand why did she decide to go with another repair company, having a legitimate warranty from our company on the refrigerator repairs, it doesn't make any sense...Anycase, it isn't professional to guess. We need to have specific facts in order to compare which what has been done by us and some other company. That way we can contact that company, so they could explained to us what they did find upon their inspection, which parts were replaced by them and do they related to the initial repair we have done on this refrigerator. This is a normal sequence of actions.

This reply is misleading at best. The facts are the facts and not open for dispute. The fact remains pro handyman agreed to repair my refrigerator. I paid in full, the said repair did not fix the problem. My refrigerator is being repaired by another company. When the invoice and explanation is available, I will forward it to prohandyman, as well as the Revdex.com

Paul is very easy going and knowledgeable. He was very generous and flexible. He could have had me buy a very expensive part, but he told me I don't really need it, and thought of a good alternative. He does not charge for the visit!!! As a result of good treatment, I had him do another repair I had not thought of before. But he had thought about my refrigerator and came up with a solution when he returned with a washing machine part. I get the feeling this is more than just a job to Paul. He genuinely loves what he does. The repair he did on my washing machine was done well and quickly. I would use tech Paul for any future repairs I need.
