tech came to diagnose washing machine, was told to replace unit . I paid 500 to him to replace it, later I found out the old one needed minor repair under 40 dollar. I repaired the old one by another tech and returned their machine. this company is a rip off they sell their machines forcefully by telling you your old machine is useless costly to repair. dont call this company they rip you off.

Terrible experience. Technician, recommended be Century property management representative, supposedly determined several problems with the dishwasher and "diagnosed" several repairs. I got suspicious when the list of repairs were unreasonable for a newer appliance and the list kept growing. I had my own experienced plumber evaluate the dishwasher, he put the unit through a wash / drain cycle and quickly determined the drain line was clogged with six inches of impacted waste. No need for any repairs...just a clearing of line. The technician is not returning my calls to recognize his error. He needs to go back to school. His license revoked. No one should use the service without being present. Can't trust the technician.
