Dear Revdex.com,The customer's order was recovered and returned to us by ***. A full refund has been issues to the customer. Apparently the customer's street address was listed incorrectly as "Drive" and should have been "Place". Apparently her town has several similar addresses only
differentiated by the word Place, Drive, Street, Etc... We maintained communication with the customer during this process via phone and email. As we issued a full refund to the customer we will consider this matter complete. Please let us know if there is any further information needed to resolve this complaint
