First of all Mr*** is not
telling the full story and is lyingHe did move the washer when he fixed my washer on 10/2/I told him I replaced the washing machine pan on the 10/4/not 11/15/which not accurateI called him on 10/7/and told him my washer is vibrating and shakingHe has one thing right that he came out on 10/2/to fix my washing machineI also told him he did not properly put the back of the washing machine left hand side of my washing machine together properlyHe said I can still use the washer with all the vibration and also the back of the washing machine off on the left hand sideSo, I continued doing my wash with his advice that I can still use my washing machineI replaced the washing machine pan on 10/4/and I told Mr*** the back hose was properly secured when I moved the washing machine back in the originally spotWhen I called him on 10/7/to come back right away to fix my washing machine he told me my problem can wait and is not important because he has other jobs that are more important and profitableMr*** has no customer service and leaves the problem aloneIf he would of came out right away on the 10/8/I would have no water damage to my kitchen ceilingI did laundry on 11/15/and the hose came off and created $1,damaged to my kitchen ceilingI called him that day 11/15/and told him that my hose came off and created damaged to my kitchen ceiling he said he is watching football and hung up on meThis guy is very rude and once again no customer service and has no real accountability for his businessMr*** is responsible for the damage to my kitchen ceiling because of his neglect to come out right away on 10/8/to fix my washing machineTake some accountability Mr*** and pay for the damages you created to my kitchen ceilingMr*** how do you think I am profiting $when I filed a calm on my insurance policy and I have payed the $deductible? The total was $1,for the damages to my kitchen ceilingI payed the $deductibleMy insurance company cut me a check for $How do you think Mr*** I am profiting $922.79? All I am asking is for Mr*** to pay the $deductible that I have already payedThe fact is if the hose came off in 11/15/how do you think Mr*** it is my problem that the hose cam off on 11/15/a month and half laterDon"t you think that if it took this long it is from the vibration and the left hand side in the back washer not put together properly that this is from your workmanship? If it was my problem the hose would come off in the early part of October?
