This group did an excellent job They arrived early and were clean and professional They determined what was wrong with my refrigerator and handled ordering the part They called me when it arrived and were easy to schedule the follow up installation and final repair Their pricing was fair and transparent I do recommend their use

I scheduled an appointment which was 8am - 12pm No one showed up or called me.I was told by the dispatcher when setting up the appt I would be called prior to the visit to be given a price estimate so I wouldnt need to pay the $fee for the visit if the price was not in line with expectations When I called the office and asked no one had called or shown up, I was told they dont do price quotes over the phone When I pointed out the dispatcher had told me this, and had actually verbally provided me with an estimate from the technician, they hung up on me So no call, no visit, rude and unproffessional behavior

On time and greet work. James explained to me the problem and the best way to fix the issue. He double checked our vents to make sure that would not be a future issue with the airflow. He worked fast and seemed very knowledgeable.

Consumers beware! These guys are not Samsung certified but they charge you as if they were. Wasted of time and $450.

I have a Samsung [redacted]/AA, it's a $3000 french doors fridge. It had defrosting issue. These guy showed up. They "eyeballs" the issue and they declared that "99%" of the pronlem were caused by faulty defrost sensor and thermostat. So they charged me $450 based on Samsung pricing to replace 2 plastic sensors! It took them no more than 20 minutes to complete the task. Within 2 weeks the issue reoccur. Called them back, they again diagnosed using their so called expertise and without any proper tools. They quoted me $800 plus labor for the main board! No service warranty honored. I ended up paying someome else $150 who spent couple hours to run series of tests diagnosing to the root of the problem. It was nothing that these monkies replaced that caused it. It was a burnt Heater Metal Sheath. Part costs about $45 bucks.

I filed a claim with Amex for the extended warranty. These guys can't not even provide me with a legible service invoice, they scribbled couple words on a handwritten recipe. Amex denied claim because these guys ARE NOT SAMSUNG CERTIFIED TECH!

So go ahead call them if you want to waste time, money and mounting frustrations.

\r\nMy refrigerator had broken down and I called Appliance Care of Atlanta as soon as it happened. Not only were they courteous but they were prompt in their service. As soon as they said a technician could arrive, he did! There was no need for a huge window of availability. A C A was able to fix the refrigerator in no time at all and have a smile and talk with me while doing it. Great service!
