Review: 3rd floor ceiling was leaking water. I went to attic and saw it was where the air condition/heater was and leaking to ceiling below. I called AAA Appliance and HVAC Repairs and a repair man came to our home. He looked in the attic and said the pan was full of water and said the drain was a little clogged. Not knowing much about this kind of thing I asked the price. He said he had to call the office. He said it would be $595.00. I said that seemed high to me. He said he needed a bucket and a towel. He was in the attic not more than 5 minutes. He left one of the 3 towels in the bucket with a little water on it and left through our side door very quickly. I am having a person come to do some painting and other things and he said that I was totally overcharged for this. He didn't repair anything and wiped a little water out of the pan. I have called this business more than 6 times and they give me the run around everytime. They don't have an address on their invoice, just the phone number [redacted]. I contacted them one last time and am thinking of getting an attorney. They are not on the up and up because everytime I have called they put me on hold when I ask to talk to the owner or manager and say he is not there. It's very obvious they don't want to cooperate in anyway. I would like to get most of my money back since the repair man didn't do much. THank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to get at least 1/2 of the $595.00 back and that is even too much to charge for wiping the pan of some water.

Response:
I don't have anything else to send. I explained everything and can't get a manager or owner to talk to me about the outrageous amount I was charged for wiping a little bit of water on a towel.
