Appliance 911

Washer repair. Guy was on time but really rude. refused to fix a stacking washer dryer unit. Never asked or mentioned that on the phone when I called. I asked for his bosses number when I dialed the number his cell phone rang, he said, "guess I'm the boss". I told him the dog would not bite he yelled at me to get the [redacted] dog away from him. He was nasty and wrecked my whole day and delayed getting it fixed today. Appliance 911 is an awful business and he was beyond a terrible business man.
