Patrick, helped us pick out the trailer and was really helpful. He is a great sales person. Parts, service were very helpful. We were running really late for pick up but they worked around that. They recommended a hitch and even though late in the day the service people installed it for us. We really appreciate all their help and genuine customer service. Then they sent a thank you gift in the mail. This is how businesses use to treat customers and these guys get that. Little things make all the difference.
