Horrible experience after we signed on the dotted line. We had them install a washer/dryer unit. They didn’t even connect the hoses correctly! First time using it , water spewed all over the closet. Owner said he would charge us a$225 service call to even check it out and another $225 if they needed to come back out with parts to fix it (let alone everything else that was still under warranty that needed fixing). When I complained that I didn’t think we should have to pay for something they installed incorrectly, he stated he didn’t think he could do his people out into a HOSTAGE situation. Instead, we hired a certified RV technician to fix his problems and the warranty issues for less than what Todd was going to charge us for his two service calls.

My wife and I were looking into getting a new pop up camper on Friday. We were undecided if we were ready to purchase, the salesman Paul Klumpner suggested we put 1000 dollars done to hold it for us while we make up our mind. Never once told us we only had 24 hours to change our mind.next thing you know they had us signing papers for it, but before I did I questioned him again and he assured us the money was only to hold it for us. Tuesday we decided not to buy it and after two phones calls that got me no where, I drove there to get my money back and that’s when I was told about the 5 percent charge we were getting so my 1000 dollars turned into 65 dollars and 54 cents. Buyers beware of the sneaky tricks that they play. Did I sign a contract YES but Paul plan and simply lied to me.
