Review: In January 2013 I gave him a check in the amount of $4,500 to purchase a 10K Generac generator for my home. He has been telling me since June 8 that he has the generator and will install it, but never shows up. He has even gone as far as telling me the generator was in his truck and he would be at my house that afternoon then didn't show up. He told me another time that the gas company was coming out to hook up the gas on a certain day and then he would be there the following day to install the generator. Neither showed up and I was given no excuse other than "things happen". He is currently not answering my calls or texts.Desired Settlement: I would like him to either refund the money I paid him or properly install the generator - hopefully before we have a hurricane. The reason I started this in January was so that the generator would be in before hurricane season.
