Top-notch service!
Big thanks to the team at Apple Oil for getting my furnace up and running! They popped by last week and did a fantastic job. Super friendly folks who walked me through what they were doing and shared some handy tips to keep things running smoothly. Plus, they were quick and tidy, leaving no mess behind. Top-notch service!

Great service!
It's rare to find a company that treats you like family. Their customer service is unmatched. Even my dog Bella gets excited with the delivery guys arrive. Great customer service and most importantly reliable.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTSI am only giving Apple Oil one star because it is required, they don't even deserve thatThe customer service at Apple Oil is worse than horrendous, it is deplorableOur tank was very low and we hadn't received a refillWeather was extremely cold and we were home with a newborn babyWhen we called them last year asking when they would deliver they extremely rude and responded that "we receive hundreds of calls like this per day and they have no idea when the truck would be out to our house" - even after explaining that we had a newborn babyThey serviced our filter in May, and when we turned the heat on this year the filter was leakingWhen we called Apple Oil to inquire they told us they would send a tech out to look at it and it would be coveredThey came out to our house and admitted that it happened during the serviceThey said they wouldn't charge us, but a few weeks later we received a bill and charge on the credit cardThis was not authorizedWe cancelled the contract this summer after they called us to see if we were interested in "locking" and we cancelled the contract based on the bad experienceToday they delivered fuel to our house without request, authorization, or contractIt wasn't a lot (only gallons since we are in contract with another oil company) When we called them and expressed that we did not authorize this, Tony was extremely rude and told us that "they put oil in the tank and they must pay for it" Customer service is horrible, they lie, do some research - this is not a respectable companyAvoid at all costs

*** *** is on our automatic delivery service according to the weather or degree days. At no time was *** *** family in any danger where they were out of
oil or loss of heat. We have been delivering at this house since using the same degree system and have made deliveries in a timely manner. With the impending storms, we have a buffer built into our computer system so oil tanks will have a reserve in them at all times. *** *** had over gallons of oil in the tank when we made the delivery which is a week’s worth of oil in his home. We will increase the reserve buffer amount on his tank so there will not be another situation where they are worried about the level of oil in their tank. Rests assure, we have hour emergency service in case an emergency does arrive and our response time has been within 1/hours for emergency or no heat calls

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:   This is the same response I received when calling Apple Oil. Regardless of how much oil remained I was told that I would have oil delivered on Sunday and, after that did not happen, on Tuesday, when I was told I would receive a delivery later that day and subsequently "later in the week".  Would it have been such a big deal to give someone who had been a customer for 7 years the oil delivery they were asking for?
    The 24 hour emergency service does nothing in the event a customer runs out of oil during the work week when no one is home to report it.
    Fortunately, Apple Oil no longer needs to concern themselves with making any more deliveries for me.

Review: On Saturday, January 31, I contacted Apple Oil after finding my oil tank was on "empty". A company representative checked their computer records and sounded skeptical that I could have used as much oil as I had and told me the gauge may have been off. I assured him the gauge was not, but he was reluctant to schedule a delivery. After finding out about the incoming storm for Monday, I called back again on Saturday and was told by a company representative that I would have a delivery on Sunday. No delivery was made. I called Tuesday morning to confirm that I would have an oil delivery made and was assured that it would and that my order had been "ticketed". I called back at 4:30 on Tuesday and was told that their computers showed I should have enough oil and that I was not scheduled for a delivery until "later in the week." This company listens to their computer before their customer and has left me hanging with no follow up or attempt to help.

Customer service is horrible, they lie, do some research - this is not a respectable company. Avoid at all costs.
