Apple Auto Sales is dishonest and lied about the title of the car I was on contract to purchase. I test drove an Acura MDX on a Friday night (right at closing for them at 6pm 29 January 2016) and signed a contract to purchase it with a down payment of $500. the next day the manager Ahmed I [redacted] called me and made up a story about a problem with the title and milage. None of it was true. I followed up Monday and the story became more unbelievable and then he kept trying to force me to buy a more expensive Acura MDX. It was bait and switch! I found out through DMV, there was never a title problem and Ahmed I [redacted] had owned the vehicle himself since April 2015.

The business contacted Revdex.com and stated that the vehicle was sold "As-Is"The customer did purchase a warranty through the company [redacted] Warranty and would need to follow the terms of the warranty since the customer acknowledged that the vehicle was sold "As Is"

Response again:The vin number ford entered was wrong I sent him all the paperwork that was provided but it happened to not be my car BECAUSE ford entered the wrong vin on the paperwork so I apologized in reference to that and that was the only time I had threatened to sue because I thought they sold me a car on a salvage title but again the vin on the paperwork ford provided was not correct to my car and I didn’t check until after he sent it and I went up to where my car was at to look at the vin numberSecondly Malik at the dealership kept advising me to bring it back to them if I had any problems which I did starting from a week after the purchase and several time a after he Advised he would be ordering a sensor to replace if the problem continued and I asked if he would be ordering it several times the car was still drivable but jerking not shifting etc which he asked again to have me bring it in when the mass overflow sensor was brought about. After several times the car did end up breaking down right outside of the three months warranty they said it was covered under but me being under the assumption he was doing what he said and ordering itemsI don’t have money to pay places to check and diagnose the car when I just paid outright for the car and have a daughter with cancer she’s been battling the last yearHe assured me any problems they would take care of it bring it back and I got screwed Why would he be asking where I took the car if they didn’t say they would help pay? I provided everything and WILL be picking my car up today because I can not be without transportation any longerAfter the work was completed he bailed and said don’t call him.Additionally once again I want to know where he gets his cars inspected.Sent from my iPhone

Review: After I bought a vehicle from [redacted] I found out that he manipulated the total amount and billed my credit card with extra charge of $321.00 In a addition, he sent me home with a second key that did not match my car, which I believe was intentionally done because he only had one key that matched the car.Soon after I started driving the car, the check engine light came on, which made it obvious that someone at the dealership had manipulated the car to temporarily hide the check engine light. Additionally, there were a number of critical repairs to make, including replacing the brakes and rotor, and problems with the emissions system, specifically the catalytic cylinder. The vehicle would not pass an emissions inspection; the car was overdue for an emissions inspection so it was obvious that they knew it would not pass. I was not notified of any of theses issues prior to purchasing the vehicle. I know there are laws against hiding so many problems with the car from the consumer in other states, but not any that I know of locally. I was very disappointed with the dishonesty and denial of the issues when brought to their attention. If anyone is considering doing business with Apple Auto Sales, please save yourself the headache and thousands of dollars in repair costs and go elsewhere.Desired Settlement: Refund of $321 charge which was not agreed upon, disclosed or explained to me. In addition, I would like to receive all or partial reimbursement of faulty parts and installation including: catalytic cylinder + labor ($1,000), brake pads and rotor and labor ($700), key ($100), safety & emissions inspection ($28) = $1828 total in repairs. Ideally, $2,149 would be refunded, but the $321 charge is the most serious offense.

Review: My mother and I purchased a vehicle for $6000 from Apple auto. I drive the car home and the next day I drove it to dmv to get my tags transferred and when I was on the way home my car started running hot and the heat wouldn't work. I called a mechanic to look at the car and he told me that someone has stripped the head bolts out of it. so I called the dealership to tell him the problem and asked why he sold me a car that was already messed up. He denied knowing and said he would try to help me. He emailed me the warranty so I contacted diamond warranty and they told me to take it to a shop so I did.the mechanic there called me and said he had talk to them and from what they had discussed that the warranty wouldn't cover it. The mechanic said that the dealership that I bought this car from had to have known about this problem before I purchased it. I've tried numerous times to get the dealership to help me with this problem either giving me my money back, fixing it or giving me something else to drive so I can support my 3 kids but I got nothing. Please helpDesired Settlement: I would like to have my money back for the car and the warranty that I bought and can't use or get the car in the right working order like it should of been. This has put a huge burden on my family and I think it was a horrible thing to do.
