So my husband was in Salem (we live in Lexington) and blew a brake line. He was pretty stuck at the moment having no tools with him to fix it himself. He slowly drifted into Apperson Auto and asked for help. He was told that it would be 3-4 days before they'd be able to get to him because they were so busy. After explaining his situation, they not only fixed him right up, kept him entertained with their antics, but did so for a more than reasonable price !!! Would recommend them to anyone....!!!
Apperson Automotive is by far the best garage around. My Transmission was messed up and two other garages were going to charge me astronomical fees. When AA looked at it, they diagnosed the problem immediately. They charged me $275.00 less than the other two garages. They are very busy so you sometimes have to wait a few minutes upon arrival, but they are well worth it. Always nice, I have never saw any of these employees mad or rude and I like that in a business.
