I am the contractor that took the depositI spoke with [redacted] wife one week prior to our scheduled start dateI had a medical emergency and was physically unable to speak to either [redacted] ***? about their projectMy wife had to handle scheduling for my business and actually put their job on schedule for days later than I told [redacted] ***This was due to the complications caused by a medical conditionPrior to being informed of this complaint I was able to let her know about the scheduling mistakeOnce notified my wife called the [redacted] ? immediately and informed them of the mistake and apologizedThe job started as rescheduled and was completed ahead of schedule with satisfactory resultsTh [redacted] have beautifully renovated bathrooms and publicly this makes me look like a bad contractorI would like to be able to upload screen shots proving the scheduling mix up and my communication with [redacted] as well as photos of the bathrooms with before and after photosI am an honest and upstanding contractor and really do not appreciate this image of myself and my company being portrayed wrongfullyAgain there was a one week delay in starting the job due to a documented medical emergency and a scheduling confusion which can also be shown with time stamped photos and other documents [redacted] were good customers and I apologize for the short delay in your job being scheduledI personally even offered to provide free help in other projects at the residence for the inconvenience
