The work in question was inspected by City and County Inspectors, as well as the GC of the project The owner of this project is is trying to get money by falsely stating maintenance was not completed, maintenance that was scheduled through and signed off on by his manager

As a business owner, I have done business with several dozen trades to include: plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors amongst other professionals. I've finally come across a company that lacks morals and ethics. Appalachian Heating and Air Conditioning does not do the work they claim they will do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We have lost several thousands in repairs to brand new HVAC units that were not installed and maintained properly.
