I purchased a vehicle at Journey auto sale in xxxxxA buick Rendevous with 163,miles for $5,493.00, with tax fees, and title totaling $6,023.46., with a total down payment of $2,This vehicle came with no warranty, which I was aware ofat the time, I was thinking that it only needed a tire, which a day later when I came out the front driver side tire was completely flat, so I get that fixed, I started hearing noise , when I went to make my first payment, I casually mentioned this to one of the owners, I was informed that all used cars are going to have some problemsAs the days have gone by within a month's time, the vehicle is showing signs of some serious mechanical problems which include: loud grinding noise when turning, stepping on the accelerator, stepping on the brakes, the pedal pushes back upThis vehicle is unsafe, the owner claim that the vehicle passed inspection, he kept re-iterating that, it passed inspectionThe service lights are constantly coming on, inspect engine soon, tracking offThe vehicle is completely out of alignment, The owner said I could get that fixed, he even askeds if I had a mechanic
When it rains the rear light gets filled up with water and it stays thereThe vehicle is a gas guzzlerSomethin is seriously wrong with the brakesI understand I purchased a used vehicle, but had no idea that I would have to start sinking big money in it within a month's time

HORRIBLE customer service. My 30 day tag expired so I called for the second time to check on it. The salesperson told me the tag office has been closed since Christmas and is probably closed today. Since I had been to the tag office already this week (Monday) I assured him they have not been closed since Christmas. He then told me "we are running a two man show and if I find time I will go to the tag office". He was rude and projected the attitude that he couldn't care less if I was concerned that If I drove the vehicle with an expired tag.

Review: The services that were promised on 3/**/14 were not rendered. I booked a 50 passenger bus with a lounge in the back and physically went to the bus yard to view it. On the night of 3/**/14 the bus that arrived was a different bus. It was dirty and also the iPod Dock and auxiliary connection was not working in which we notified [redacted] the bus owner and also te driver. I called [redacted] as soon as the bus arrived to let him know and he said I was sent the wrong bus in which another party had that night. So there was no way I could have the bus that I initially booked.I am dissappointed and saddened that this occurred. I asked [redacted] if we can amicably rectify the situation and there has yet to be a resolution. Please help with this issue. I appreciate your attention to this matter.Desired Settlement: To at least receive half of the money back. I paid $1950.00 via credit card. As a customer I feel mislead and it was definitely false advertisement. We had to use the bus that was sent because there were 40 people on the bus that were to be taken to our destination. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary on 3/**/14 and could not change the date at that point.

Review: I hired Apollo Limousine to assist with transportation for a media event, I rented a 24 person limo bus. I spoke with the owner, [redacted], informed him of the timing, the pick-up and drop-off locations and he informed me with would take four hours. He then sent a contract which I signed to the agreement of the pre arranged fee. At the last minute the driver was changed, he did not contact my team member onsite as instructed, he did not know the appropriate route causing my team member who is not from the state of new york to try and help the driver with directions. The route he took had height restrictions that caused him to turn around because the limo bus was over these restrictions. This meant that we went over our allotted time by 45-minutes. Rather than call to inform us of this change, [redacted] simply charged the credit card without notice or explanation of additional fees. Upon further inspection of the contract, there is no listing of what the penalties are for going over the allotted time. When we tried to reach [redacted] to discuss the fees, he proceeded to scream, swear and yell [redacted] obscenities at my team member. He also provided no legal rational for the extra charge, provided no additional receipt or proof of payment etc. Since then I have tried to reach him three times by email all of which have gone ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like the $225 USD that he illegally charged to my credit card refunded. I would also appreciate a written apology.
