Review: On 9/22/13I ordered $51.00 worth of their fake ice products and also paid $14.71 in shipping for a Halloween costume. The full payment of $65.71 was deducted from my card on 9/24/13. The product never arrived. I called to cancel my order and no one answered the phone so I left a message explaining my situation and request for a cancellation and refund. Following that I called and emailed them repeatedly for weeks. I never spoke to anyone as no one ever answered the phone nor replied to my emails.

To date I have not received the products, received a refund nor have ever had any contact with any customer service about my calls or order at all.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for $65.71. That is all.
