Review: I made and online purchase in June 2015 for Two Trial Size products form this company . (1) LeParise Hydr Gold Capsules , (1) LeParise Topical Vitamin C , both products were in total approximate $10.00. Today August * , 2015 , I received an emailed invoice from this company informing me that they charged my [redacted] $89.95 for full size products . I was very angry ! I never wanted to purchase any more of the product , it absolutely did not work for me . I don't know how they made this sale to me without consulting me and I Never gave them permission to charge my card ! I want a Full Refund . Upon receipt of their non working products , I am willing to return it to them without being charged an expenses for return shipping because I Never Ordered it in the first place . I Never want anything to do with this company and I never want them to illegally charge my credit card without my permission . I look forward to Full Refund . Thank you.Desired Settlement: Full Refund credited back to my [redacted] . No desire to purchase from this company . Upon receipt of this product that I didn't order and wasn't aware that it is being sent to me. I will return it at NO expense of shipping charges because I was Never Aware that they were sending and charging me Fir a product that I Dont want and never purchased.

Review: I ordered 4 bottles of nail polish (Always Flaunting 470 #[redacted])from the [redacted] store and received a tracking number but I never received the item even though according to the tracking number([redacted])it was delivered.I then called Canada Post to find out what I should do and they said I was to contact the seller and they have to start an investigation. So I did that and the seller told me that sometimes it takes up to 6 weeks to get the item. I told them if I wait 6 weeks that is too long because I only have 45 days to open a dispute if something goes wrong with an [redacted] item. They told to contact [redacted] and open a case and did not do as I asked which was to start an inquiry with the United States Post Office. I opened a case with [redacted] but becasue I made the purchase through PayPal I had to open the case with them. Sorry I do not have a case number. I also sent an email asking them in the name of customer service just to resend the items. This is what they said:Please think of the wider implication of what you are asking. If sellers had to refund every time buyers say they did not receive, how long before many others ask for a refund claiming non receipt. Not everyone is as honest as you. You have opened a case with Paypal. That is the right thing to do. paypal will make a decision. it does not matter if you opened with paypal or [redacted]. Ebay owns paypal. Their policies are the same. They protect buyers and keep records of such losses. That is why it is recommended that buyer opens a dispute.Thank you for your patience.Nice eh ? Now it seems they are implying I am not telling the truth. BTW the information regarding the company was mostly a guess. I could not find the true address or phone number. I hope I have given you enough information

I just want my 4 bottles of nail polish that I paid for. This is a product no longer available in Canada. It is VERY important that I receive it.I know it sounds silly and vain but it is the only product (now discontinued) that does not chip and makes my nails stronger. I have a feeling that this business gets so much revenue from online sales with [redacted] and [redacted] that they could care less about a complaint from an individual consumer such as myself. I had at one point called the phone number and spoke to a man but not about this issue. I wanted to get the mailing address but I found I could get it from reverse directory lookup with the phone number. They refused to give me their address.
