API Renovations

My mother hired this company for me to do work at my home. She has ***s and *** and was acting as my advocate as I was in the hospital. The company consists of 2 handymen whose invoice contains a PA Licensure (***). Once out of the hospital and able to view the work completed, I realized my mother and I had been taken advantage of because the work completed was subpar. I requested invoices and for either of these two gentlemen to come out and view the work I was dissatisfied with to no avail. I waited 6 months for invoices and was informed there were no receipts for materials purchased. The invoices contained work that was not completed. I took many pictures of the unacceptable quality of the work completed. I tried to reason with both of the gentlemen who own and operate this complany to no avail. They took my money and made a mess of my home with work I will have to pay someone else to redo. I tried via phone messages for months to receive invoices and resolution of work that was unacceptable ultimately receiving the invoices in August, months after the work was performed and they appeared to be made up. I text both the individuals requesting that they come out and examine what I found unacceptable and fix the issues to no avail.
