Apexx Motorsports

On 27 July 2019, I, ***, purchased a 2010 Mercedes Benz (S63 AMG) from Apexx Motorsports in Woodinville, WA.

On 9 August 2019, the before mentioned vehicle broke down in Tacoma, WA near 74th St and South Tacoma Way due to the Active Body Control (ABC) system. I did not know what was going on when this happened so I pulled over on S. Pudget Sound Ave. and turned the car off hoping that the system would reset. I waited for 5 minutes and restarted the car but to no avail the system was still not functional. I then attempted to slowly drive the vehicle home. In my attempt to try to make it home the coolant light appeared and I immediately pulled over at the nearest gas station (Chevron) which is was on the corner of 72nd St. and S. Hosmer.

While here I immediately called William C (Apexx Motorsport Sales Associate) and notified him of the situation whom in turn directed me to call Mike’s Automotive of Marysville, WA and ask for Richard. I spoke with Richard and ran down the situation to him whom in turn contacted the owner of Apexx Motorsports (Aaron). They directed me to have the vehicle towed to the nearest Mercedes Benz dealer and get an estimate for the repairs which totaled $1,371.14.
