Staff are amazing, but boss is racist, sexist, and rude!
I regularly deliver packages to this business. Sales staff are amazing, but if I was in the vet industry, I would never purchase from this company because of the senior leadership. Firstly, the boss makes everyone call him "Coach" and regularly screams at his employees. I have heard him make racist comments about clients saying certain demographics won't buy because they are cheap etc. . He makes all his employees sign a 2 year contract and sues them if they try to break the contract. He also forbids his employees from using their PTO for more than like 3 days at once!

Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 7, 2015/09/28) */ On September 15th, 2015, I submitted a letter with my complaints to Apexx Veterinary EquipmentMike, a representative, did respond that he was consulting with a supervisorThey got back to me September 17th via email stating that they would refund the asked for amount of $for the unauthorized repairs on the sold equipmentThey also had sold my portable x-ray machine and said they would send the full sale price minus their consignment percentage, which amounted to $They also were going to ship my remaining equipment back to me the next Monday, and email me with the FedEx tracking numbersI did get an email Monday, September 21st, with Fedex tracking numbersOn Wednesday, September 23rd, 2015, I received boxes with my remaining equipment, minus an ophthalmoscope attachment, which they forgot to tell me had soldI will receive the check for that in early NovemberThe rest of the equipment was packaged thoroughly and was in very good condition upon receiptI received the check via FedEx on Thursday, September 24th, in the amount of $I am satisfied that this complaint is resolvedThank you!
