This issue is regarding quantity - Cisco Aironet AIR-LAP1142N-A-KV802.11a/g/n WAP Dual Band Router that the buyer purchased from us on eBay. The devices came with a day return warranty The buyer proceeded to contact us after the warranty term expired expressing he
wanted a refund on the Cisco routers as he found a better price. We offered to price match even though we were not required to do so as we wanted our customer to be happy and the routers were past the warranty time frame. We never received a return email on the price match offer and a few weeks pass and we receive another email from the buyer claiming the units are not brand new and the buyer files a claim with eBay. eBay reviewed the case and found that we did everything correctly, ruled in our favor and the case was closed. Approximately a month later the buyer then files a chargeback dispute with his credit card company. The payment transaction was ran through PayPal, we proceeded to give PayPal the same case information as we provided to eBay. PayPal reviewed the case and ruled in our favor along with the buyers credit card company My company has sold thousands of items on eBay and we have 100% feedback on one of our accounts and 99.7% feedback rating on the other account. You don’t sell over items on eBay and have this type of feedback without providing excellent customer service along with integrity and honesty In summary: The buyer purchased Cisco Aironet devices from us, found a better price after the warranty term expired then he wanted to return the units simply because he found a better price. We offered to price match and the buyer didn’t even take the time to answer the email. Once he noticed that the warranty time frame expired and he had no legitimate way to return for refund he proceeded to state that the units were not “new”. eBay, PayPal and the buyers credit card company all ruled in our favor I will be more than happy to provide more details on this case if necessary and I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting a response over to Revdex.com on this case. We have sent all the information required to show that we are in the right on this matter different governing bodies ieeBay, PayPal and Customers Credit Card company, have ruled in our favor I consider this a closed case

The business has not accepted a return request, not now, not 2 days after I received the misrepresented items. The business just copies and pastes pages of random descriptions and omits the large title that said 'NEW' and 'BRAND NEW' and they get away with ripping people off. They are banned on tradeloop for a reason.

Please see sellers attachment, it shows in multiple titles 'New' and "BRAND NEW", and note you had to click on product description to get the fact that it wasnt.Should everyone on ebay read the terms and conditions, yes it is good practice.. but you should also be able to trust a 'new' or 'Brand new' classification... there shouldnt be fine print with these classifications.

The business put out alot of information, and alot of it is inaccurate or lacking;1. Yes there was a 30 day window for returns and we attempted to use it (attached return request). Instead of accepting the return like we requested (we asked for a return address) the business kept trying to send parts until ebay's and paypals return window expired.2. We did not find a better price? one of our emails states that if the business can replace the products with new products we would be happy to accept them, they never responded.3. Credit card dispute is still in progress.4. The seller's business is banned on tradeloop for ethics violations.In summary I dont understand what the big deal is with accepting a return, we have not touched the package. This is 2016 and you shouldnt be trying to pull every trick in the book to avoid returning a product that was misrepresented.Regards,
