Ty L., owner of ASI Investigations showed incompetence from the beginning of our relationship and I finally ended the relationship when she had the best opportunity to get the results I desired from her services by not wanting to work because it was too cold, at 70 degrees outside. I have asked for a refund of the ours remaining on our contract and she has refused.
I do have a text from her showing the forecasted temperature for the day in question along with her comment of preferring not to work

I offered a refund of the remaining balance on the case hours even though my contract clearly states in BOLD no refunds of the retainer no matter if the circumstances change for the client. WHich is why I believe the client wanted out of the contract. In addition, we had excellent communication via text, email and phone conversations. He agreed to all suggestions I provided on the case.
I did admit I made a incorrect call on the weather and offered to make it up to the client on a different day and I even offered on that same day of weather in question to call me when he recieved information when the Subject to be placed under surveillance was home from work. Because he did not know exactly the time and I tried to save him money and obtain the results he was seeking in the most cost effective way.
WE usually charge a $150 rush fee which I agreed to waive if he called me and I was able to go at that time. He did not contact me.
I will forward you the emails, texts and contract.
The client agreed to the refund amount and his American Express should be in process of a refund.
I forwarded this email as well to the client to let me know his refund was being processed.
