Apex Signals

I have been deluged with non stop calls from this group. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list, which apparently makes no difference. The latest caller, ***, from the Toronto Call Center, told me it makes no difference and I will still continue to receive phone calls. When asked to speak to a manager, he said that a manager will only talk to me if I sign up for their service.

I have been searching on how to be removed from their calling list, including calling Apex Signals Toronto office directly. They told me that Apex signals does not have a complaints department, and that there was no one that could remove me from my list. It was at this point the person I was talking to advised me to change my phone number, as I will continue to receive phone calls from Apex Signals. The person I spoke to refused to give me their name, position, employee number or anything to identify who I was talking to. Said person also refused to connect me to a manager or a resource department to deal with this.
