Very bad customer serviceDo not return calls or complete my work anyway If the service they gave me is I don't know how they stay in business

We were in Campbellsville KY, they were in Knoxville, TN, three hours awayThey could not promptly service our problem and we hired another company who was closer and more timely

I have moved back into my home after it burnt down in August and it is incomplete - cannot get anyone from Apex to return my phone calls or textsI have had at least project managers and I find out this past Monday that my current project manager quit and did not advise me or leave me any information on who is handling my home repairs or what I need to doI cannot run my HVAC because I have no insulation blown in the attic I am having issues with the plumbing have already had a leak in the basement my front door has not been replaced and I could go on and onI need someone from Apex to finish this job to completion and I expect to hear from someone ASAPThis is unacceptable - I have children living in this homeI also have people coming in and out of my home at all hours - there is a keypad on the back door - there was a man in my garage yesterday that told me he was with Apex - just laying on the garage floor taking a breakI would not have known he was there if I had not
