Review: I purchased two suction type grab bars back in September, they were not able to be used, I thought I had returned them, but I was cleaning out my mothers closet and came across them, I had a lot things going on at that time with my mother recovering from [redacted], and I guess I forgot about them. I want to return them, they were expensive and I have no use for them, they were never used and are still in the original packaging and in the same condition as when I purchased them, they are even in the bag that you put them in when I purchased them. I called and spoke to a home care associate and was told I could not return them, ridiculous, I have the receipt, and as I stated previously they are in the same condition as I purchased them, totally resalable, so there is absolutely no reason I should not be allowed to return them.Desired Settlement: Either a monetary refund or a store credit are acceptable.
