Apex Motors did not issue a refund on my rental car deposit after I returned their car On April 27th to May 6, 2016; I rented a [redacted] from Apex Motors dba as [redacted] When I rented the car from the rental agent Corey; she did inform me that my deposit will be refunded when the car is returned I returned the car on Friday May 6thI was given an invoice of my rental history and chargesI asked the rental agent if she needed to swipe my card to receive the refund of my dollar deposit back onto my cardShe told me no; because she has my card information on the paper that she took of my debit card from the beginning The rental agent also said the money should be back on the card right away The refund has still been returned to my card I've called everyday to inform Corey; that the money hasn't been returnedEvery day she said she would call the corporate office to let them know; and the money will be there by the morningBy last week Wednesday;

They told me that I would receive my down payment when I called after the rental was competed and they never did
The problem occurred around the month of September through OctoberI was unable to contact earlier cause I was in ***I inquired about receiving my deposit back and I got a voicemail saying that it would go through in three days and it didn'tThis was after I called repeatedly asking about updatesThey gave no response after this voicemail and I never received my money The deposit was $

motors paid for the repairs. We are attaching the invoice for the repairs done on the car that Mr  [redacted] agreed to pay back if car did not sell. The car is still having a major oil leak and electrical problems. We contacted Mr [redacted] and told him the car was still not ready to sellwithout doing the additional repairs. Mr [redacted] said he did not want to do the additional repairs and wanted to pick up the vehicleso we asked him to pay the attached invoice for the repairs Apex Motors paid.    Thank you    [redacted]
