Review: Hello Sir/Mam My name Is [redacted]. I purchased the wood to install on the floor in my house from Expo Floors Sacramento this product has 30 year warranty on 8/30/2014. Mr [redacted] install the wood on 15,16,17 sep 2014. After he install we found the big bubble abt 1 to 1.5 inch bubble in the middle of living room. I called to installer to see he said this in manufacturer default and he was asking to more money to fix the problem. Than we called to Manufacturer the number [redacted]. They send me claim form and I filled out. And after couple days they call me that they are sending the inspector to see. The inspector came and take a look he told me its a manufacturer fault. and today I got the email from manufacturer that they said its not manufacturer fault this is installer fault and they asking me to pay inspector fee $225.00. They never mentioned me that I have to pay for inspection and also they never send me any docs which's show I have to pay. I am not agree to pay the inspector fee. I want to fix my problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to fix my floor and I don't want to pay inspector fee.
