Apex Hood Cleaning

Review: [redacted] contracted with apex hood cleaning to clean our Exhaust system, back splash under the hoods and under the cook line. The job was not completed as agreed and the pictures of the agreement and work done were sent to the owner, he agreed via email that the job was not properly completed and gave a time and date that he himself would return to "finish the job" he did not return but sent his employees 2 hours earlier than the agreed upon time. Upon their arrival they looked at the uncompleted work and stated that the owner had not quoted the job right and they would contact him to see how he wanted to rectify the situation. The owner then notified me that he would be sending me a $50 refund as it was not going to return to finish the job, we have not received the refund. Since the hood were cleaned one of them has been vibrating badly, we had the company ([redacted] from 1st fire) that installed them come to look at it. They found that do to the hoods being improperly cleaned grease that was left on one of the fans has forced it out of alignment. Thus requiring us to hire another company to come and clean them again and causing possible damage to the bearings in the fan system. All the statements here can be verified in writing from the owner [redacted] via the emails back and fourth and from [redacted] as he provided a written assessment of why the hoods were not working correctly.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $300 + tax paid to Apex hood cleaning.
