Apex Garage Door & Repair

I called my previous garage door company to schedule an appointment for a repair and they told me they were 2-3 weeks out. I could not wait that long.
I did a search in my area for another company and came across "APEX Garage Door and Repair". I called and they had an opening the next day. Needless to say I took that appointment. *** came out and reviewed some options with my 10+ garage door opener and after a couple of trouble shooting options that did not resolve the issue; *** gave me some options for a new garage door opener. The selection I made, *** did not have on his truck so he went to another appointment and came back with the opener I purchased and replaced with no problems at all, very satisfied.
Fast forward now a week later I was having problems with the security sensor causing the door to not close. After about a week of troubleshooting on my own I called *** and discussed what was going on with the sun and interference. He mentioned that he has seen this happen before from bad sensors even though what was installed was new out of the box, and replacing them fixes the problem. I called the office and had an appointment scheduled for 2 days out to fix under warranty. The next next (day one after my call), I received a call from another technician that was in the area (Quinn I think was his name). He came by and replaced the sensors and moved them back into the shade so the sun is not interfering, and that fixed the problem.
APEX Garage Door and Repair company is now my new go to company for anything garage door related moving forward. I appreciate their hard work to resolve the issue and provide the best customer service I have seen in a long time.
