I went to this place to do a level background check for an employment They filed it incorrectly They transposed the month on my birthday I called and they said they could have it corrected with no problem When I came back to their place to give them a copy of my driver's license and my receipt, I was a given an attitude by the woman who works there She wanted to charge me another $for their ERROR! They said they went ahead and emailed the agency with my driver's license information My wife made a follow up days later, and again, the same woman gave her an attitude My soon to be employer is already checking it to the agency but it is still showing the incorrect information It is costing me my job opportunity! I will NEVER! recommend this place to anyone Horrible customer service!
