I met Ken about 3 years ago, by mistake. We hit it off pretty good, I had some money that needed to be making me more money. I told him what I had in mind, he shopped around and found something a little better than my first thoughts. Now, I look at Ken as a friend and business man. Since then, I have did a couple more deals with him. He has worked close with me on some other things also. If I call him, he answers the phone or gets right back to me.
