We had old aluminum windows on our house. Some of the windows couldn't slide open. With the new windows it gives the house a better look. The installers also were very experienced and quick too!

We got our high efficiency windows installed about a month ago. The cost is higher than the "off the shelf" windows, but wow, what a difference. I work upstairs and the rooms were constantly hot with the direct sun light. Now the rooms are much cooler and my AC isn't running constantly. I can finally enjoy the view again. I can't wait to see how this lowers our energy bill. Plus we will be getting a nice tax credit when we file next year!

The representatives and installers were very professional and took us by the hand through the whole process. Not pushy, very patience and great follow up after the install. We are very happy we made this investment.

We had all of our windows replaced including a patio door just as the covid 19 hit. The sales person was Nikki K and the team installing the windows was lead by Nick. Winning combo we got. Nikki had us at hello because we have friends who use this company and had their house windows replaced about three years ago. We called them before calling Apex and they told us they were still really glad this company replaced their windows. Love love love our windows. Great installation and they walked us thru everything. We've had these windows for just over a month and love them! Greg and Julian were great during the installation and were finished much more quickly than expected. The windows are so much better to look out of than the old ones, and even our dog and cats love looking out at the garden. The temperature difference in the house is very obvious with no more cold drafts coming through the windows this Spring and the outside noise is much more muffled.

We had our whole house, including our sliders(3) replaced by Apex. We are enjoying a more temperate home and I notice less noise coming especially at night. Our master bedroom had a huge 3 pane slider that needed to be custom built and it is wonderful. It is still too early to assess the energy efficiency but we will be keeping an eye on it. Our friend who just had a new custom home built says Apex windows are better than what was put in a new build. Thoroughly love our windows so far. Make sure to ask which of you windows will be custom and which will be standard as our other 2 sliders were a from standard stock and we were left with a larger than desirable gap at the top of each slider. We did find a work around to cover it with floor molding but it could help someone else in the future if they aware. All in all I believe its great product and would highly recommend these windows. Find another window company! Apex windows have underperformed our original 60+ year old windows after being installed 3 months ago. We invested thousands of dollars to upgrade our home and are now spending more on energy bills than we did before.

A sales rep showed up on our doorstep out of the blue. Though she used high pressure sales tactics, we had already been considering replacement windows and thought the purported quality of these windows was worth the aggravation. The windows were installed on time. But it is hard to find any other positives. Our energy bills, as noted above, are generally higher and we are not recouping any of our investment. There has been no noticeable noise reduction. The privacy coating does offer some semblance of privacy during the day (there is a reflection of the outdoors, though you can see through it), but it offers nothing at night when the lights are on inside. The installers left sharp strips of metal on the ground, trampled flowers along one side of the house, and created large chips and cracks in our window trim that they didn‘t repair. Some windows were missing sections of caulking on the interior--one was missing it entirely. As one of our windows was cracked on arrival (they replaced the pane a few weeks later), we discovered the “fogging” feature, which lets you know if a window has lost its seal, takes up to a year to work. The warranty, which wasn’t given to us until after installation, includes in the fine print that not all windows have breakage replacement (which is the case for our bathroom windows). The demo window is an upgraded version and our sales rep didn’t tell us until she was packing up to leave that the price she quoted didn’t include the hardware we were shown. So far, the fact that none of the windows are painted shut is the only noticeable improvement.

Apex Energy Solutions replaced several of our original windows. We have had our new windows for a few months now. Our old windows in the summer would let in much heat. I noticed a great decrease in the heat transferred through the glass during the sunshine with the new windows. The windows are also quieter, reducing the amount of road noise you can hear. The new windows feel strong when opened and closed. Having double hung windows is a great feature. Apex made sure we were happy from the beginning. They have also provided support with any issues that have risen from these windows. Replacement was quick and painless and they were done in a day. Looking forward to replacing the rest of the windows after giving these a good thorough testing.

We are extremely pleased with both the product and the service that Apex Energy Solutions provides. We have an Arts and Crafts Storybook home that was build in the late 30’s. The windows are part of the charm that make this a fun place to live, however.....the convenience of the children being able to ice sculpt on the inside of the windows has been outweighed by the cold zones that had become a chilly way of life. We first noticed the quiet. We used to hear the hum of freeway traffic 2 miles away. Gone! Then we were surprised that the tint of the window glass filtered out the sun glare on bright Summer days. We were especially pleased with the even comfort on hot sunny days. The air conditioner didn’t have to work so hard and our energy bills reflect the efficiency of these beautiful windows. One of the features that attracted me was that the slats that define the panes aren’t flat tokens of a past architecture, but truly reflect the original craftsmanship that defined these beautiful old houses.
Because I am so pleased, I pass the word on to my builders and remodel clients. You won’t hear or see Apex multiple times every evening on television. They save their advertising dollars to put into you’re windows to provide quality for a reasonable price.
